TINUTEN NIGERIA LIMITED (TNL) was incorporated as a limited liability company in Nigeria on the 17th May, 2013.
With head office at No 23, Off Abeokuta road, Ago Taylor Bus Stop, Odo-Ona, Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria. The company commenced operation on the 1st of July, 2013 as an Information Technology firm specialized in providing facility management software for estate management firms and owners of multitenant facilities. TNL was later licensed in Nigeria to manufacture, install and maintain prepaid metering systems. We leveraged on this to design an all-inclusive system that integrates energy management and efficiency for facility managers, estate owners and utility distribution firms across Nigeria.
Today, we stand as one stop station for all utility management solutions; where we coalesce design, implementation and management of our energy solution with global standard information technology software application, and online payment platforms.
Presently, on our Ultimate Power Vending System (UPVS) platform; we have over 35 service units and 960 customers, and still counting. This system is designed to give accurate and real time information about power consumption in a given facility as well as to make facility management convenient, effective and efficient.
The UPSS employs the use of prepaid metering devices and UPVS to drive a sustainable and accountable power utility management system. Optimizing this solution in a given facility solves several issues associated in a shared or multitenant facility such as leakages, energy theft, meter tampering, estimated or inaccurate billing from DISCO, occupants filling up debts on the facility, wastages, and conflict from the tenants over utility consumption are well addressed. This metering solution can also cater for other utilities like water and gas.
