Who We Are

Tinuten Nigeria Limited became a legal entity in the Federal Republic of Nigeria on the 17th May, 2013
after being awarded the Certificate of Incorporation under the companies and allied matters Act 1990 by the corporate affairs commission. The organisation commenced operation on the 1st of July,
2013 in the ancient city of Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria as an information Technology firm specialized in
providing facility management software for estate management firms and owners of multitenant facilities. Our head office is currently located at No 23, off Abeokuta road, Ago taylor bus-stop, Odoona, Ibadan.

TNL has constantly concentrated on the development, manufacture and sales of smart energy meter, smart water meter, and intelligent data collection system for energy (water and gas) meter, Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) and electronic testing equipments. In the course of rendering quality services to our clients, we observed the need for an innovative solution that could combat the problems associated with managing multitenant facilities. Our team of programmers and engineers developed a web application with special features that guarantee satisfaction for both facility managers and facility occupants. This application is driven by our high technologically advanced equipment’s that satisfy all global standards. We started to sell our sub-metering solution (Ultimate Power Sub-metering System UPSS) that involved the use of our vending software (UPVS) and prepayment metering system in calculating accurate consumption of electricity in individual units of a multitenant facility. This solution was well accepted in the industry and within One year we already had a good number of facilities hosted on our vending system.

With our licenses (NERC, NEMSA, STS, SON…) for the supply and installation of metering systems and a combination of the experience we had gained from installing metering devices in multitenant facilities, we bided eligibly for metering project in DISCO’s such as IBEDC, IE, and more. In 2014 we participated in the CAPMI metering project initiated by the ministry of power to reduce estimated billing and energy theft across various DISCO’s.

Sequel to the above, we successfully metered thousands of houses under the IBEDC, IE and undertakings. In furtherance of the drive by NERC to increase the use of locally made products in the power sector, we were awarded a License to begin manufacturing of prepaid single phase and three phase metering systems in 2015 by SON. Today, our products are been used in various Nigerian homes and offices.

GROWTH & EXPANSION

Haven built a reputation on delivering services with a touch of excellence, we are in line with achieving our projected target in terms of growth and development. With offices in Abuja, Lagos and Ibadan, TNL is well positioned to serve a large range of organisations and individuals.

As an organisation, we believe in the effects of empowering our staffs to succeed and as such we ensure that every member of the Tinuten team is constantly being trained for increased efficiency. Since the inception of Tinuten Nigeria Limited, we can gladly say that the organisation has developed
internally, operating a structure that allows fluid communication and thus fast business processing. However, it is our vision to be the leading utility solution provider in Nigeria, subsequently in Africa and the world at large.

With the aforementioned, we launched another brand in 2018 named “Payall.ng”. Payall is a payment channel that allows the general public carry out transactions such as bill payment, money transfer and airtime top-up. With payall.ng, we now offer a solution that helps to make the everyday life of the
populate easier. The introduction of payall.ng launched Tinuten Nigeria Limited into the mobile money industry, an industry with similar target audience as the power, water and gas sector. Currently subscribers on the payall.ng platform can pay for electricity bills, Cable TV subscription and transfer money.

In 2019, it is our main objective to ensure that are services are being delivered with excellence and precision. We also intend to increase our market coverage to more DISCO’s in Nigeria and to offer innovative solution across different works of life
