3. Prepaid Vending Integration (UPVS)
   With the Ultimate Power Vending System (UPVS), facility owners can sell electricity, water, or gas units to tenants through a prepaid model.    UPVS allows you to include service charges (e.g., security, waste, or cleaning fees) directly within utility purchases. For example: if a tenant buys ₦6,000 worth of electricity and a ₦3,000 service charge applies, the system automatically deducts ₦3,000 and issues a ₦3,000 electricity token — making collections seamless and stress-free.
